you have to get wire cutters and slice the cable on both and attach them together. Ducktape will do lol

so i cut the wire comeing out of the black box and twist it together with the remote lead yh ?? hw can i get pics up and ill get my sub and amp up so u can show me what wires need to go were to connect the sub to the amp

to late lol .. wel thrs a blue wire conected to the remote .. but thrs no power light on the amp and cumin out of the sub theres 2 wires that look like forks but with 2 spikes if u no wat i mean lol

right ... now ive got the sub wires . . 2xlittle fork things and the thin blue wire 1x lil blue fork thing .. in the boot ...and i dnt no which ones to plug them into on the amp .. theres GND ... REM ...+12V then on the over side theres BRIDGED with 2x inputs on the left and for the right ...

Probably easier if you took pictures of everything including your girlfriend
blue wire should go to REM for REMOTE. The head unit speaks to your ampifiler connected to the sub to turn on when the head unit is operational via the remote wire.
Have you connected the power to the ampilfier (+12V) (from the battery) and earthed it (GND) (under the rear seat is a possibity)?
