16v Mk2 - Bigger throttle body
Does anyone happen to know what cars have a bigger throttle body that can be bodged to the TU5J4?.

you need to be careful as too big will slow the airspeed giving you crap throttle response at low revs

clio mk2 cable throttle body.
See williamsvts thread he has photos of his, he is yet to fit it though.
Should be on soon as he picked some piping up from me the other day for his inlet manifold.

you need it off the mk2 phase 1 172, as any later than 2001 they are fly-by wire. got all the parts now just waiting till the weekend to fit it incase it doesnt work or i need an emergency trip to the breakers lol. its n ot just a case of bodging it on though mate, you need some machining skills or know someone that will make some parts for you.

Can't wait for the 172 TB to kick in y0
The one thing I was wondering is wouldn't you need a different map after the tb is changed because there is more air going in etc, or is the difference so small a remap will be unnecassery?
