That's complete rubbish. My Saxo was a 3 stud and took tapered shaft. Check your old drive shaft end to see whether it is tapered or flat, which will give you exactly what you need. If you end up putting the wrong type of drive shaft in, it will become slightly loose and end up ruining your wheel bearing and possibly hub depending how long you leave it.
