Decat vs girlfriend?
Hi people in a dilemma here just had my decat fitted and it makes the car much louder than expected, its only been run through a 2" magnex zorst which is not overly loud with the cat on.
Prob is though girlfriend now refuseing to get in the car cos of this! Its a chav car apparently!
Now im looking at sport cats but do they make the same racket as the decat? Also would a silencer do the job?

Sports catalyst in will make it quieter and the same with a silencer in too.

my girlfriend is exactly the same!!
i was looking at options and im thinking a sports cat would quieten as it is still a restriction of exhaust gases??
am i right in thinking this?

Yea but its hard to tell the diff sometimes mate. Is anyone on here running a decat with silencer?

Yea that may be the only option but iwant to look into sport cats or silencers first
