expensive boyo
Edit: pointless post seeing as though you'll buy one anyway.
They're not cheap and you're looking at a limit array of cameras for that kind of market but you're looking at an extra £100 or so on top of the typical camera.

You can get lomography cameras pretty cheap and with a waterproof case.
My mates fisheye produced some quality images last year when we were messing about in the sea
They take film though...

took one of these to magaluf last year, amazing camera for what it is/the price of it. used it everyday, took it to the beach and in the sea (wear the wrist band because it doesn't float lol) during the day and to clubs during the night.
make sure you rinse the seals, hinges and locks after it has been in the sea though, both the locks on the doors on mine seized up and now they don't lock properly, but as long as you rinse them every time it should be fine.

the lomography frogeye is an awesome 35mm for underwater! i use mine all the time, and fucking love it!
if i want digital, i use my Gopro. or a waterproof casing for my IXUS 75.
other than those options though, underwater cameras are silly money.
