Curved trumpets with Jenvey bodies.
Im sure if it was put on some rollers like the notorious 155bhp 708 rollers it might make more.
Not that it really matters.

I will reserve judgement till I've seen it go around Croft.
So we better torque and mid range I would have thought

A car that stood out to me was a chap called Dave who used to be on these forums..The engine wasnt a huge spec, but was good enough and as i only started getting into Saxo's about 3 years ago his was one of the first, along with my old one to be properly stripped out etc over here on Sax-P..Money was spent in the right places and bright coloured wheels and all that wasn't really around..It was when a track car was actually a track car and used as such..
His car really inspired me, no fancy stuff or any of that..Was all about performance..

Reading this has bought back some old school memories, i dont go back as far as some of you but remember way back in the old ssc forum & kames days. I've now owned my saxo for nearly 6 years Lol.
For this site, the first car i remember was Willsy's!
Also djjoneys for the mango influence...
& prob my favourite car on ssc from back in the day, Rich106... (& i now own a part of his car after he split it )
My first ssc mids meet (sean had just got his s/c saxo then)
