lol I just can't help myself!! The Wossner pistons and diff have taken it out of me money wise for a while - got insurance due in Jan too
Yeh I'll look for some bigger injectors - will keep my eye out for a bargain for some!! Thinking some 172/182 injectors or equivalent should do the trick!
I just want a sorted car to get on the track with, will prob track the car in its current spec (with diff) and then build the engine up in the background!
Got some major exams in August next year so want to get it finished by then so I'm 100% on exams!
What about you engine plans? Still going ahead with a nice 'happy to rev' motor?

yer sound good, well i was looking for clio sport injectors for ages nothing came up
yer i am getting a diff once i get the XSI gearbox on, i am biulding my bottom end now, will hopfully be done and ready for march time with the gearbox and diff, ready for the final tweek mapping wise at NMS in april time ready for the better weather for track action,
my spec is not going to wild though, as i don't want to go too mad, just want about 160-170 bhp ready not really looking for me, get a good spread of torque should keep it own on the track with that.
i might go high comp i might not, but my cams will be staying the same though that for sure now, might get a BVH,
but hope to get to a few track day next year hopfully organise one for us lot maybe

I'm always up for a trackday, specially next year when funds are a bit better than now!
I'd be happy with 170tbh - at that point engine work will cease.
I'd love some headwork as there are some good gains to be had but does cost £££ - might discuss with with QEP but don't think I'll end up getting any.
Took mine out for a 'spirited' drive the other night and the linear power of the bodies felt good - i think that extra 10bhp uptop and torque across the revs would make it perfect!!
Track time at Fcs and trax next year ?!

I think i'll just stick to the 15mins - only just survived that with the other cars on the track will see how much £££ it is !!
Chassis plans sound good - polybushes are a great upgrade !! Adjustable top mounts sound tasty, I'll look forward to a few pictures !!

Cheers mate!
Spec'd up all the engine parts I'd need from Citroen and came in at a shade over £320 - all would need then is a £70 cambelt kit and then could rebuild the engine - not as bad as I initially thought !!

Mate you 'll have to give me hand building up the engine and measuring all the clearances - might need a few tools from your box at work
Won't be for a while yet though !! Got to get my diff in the S1 gearbox first, fit 21mm bars, fit the bucket seat, fit the left hand wiper mechanism, relocate battery and fit new catch tank

I hope it comes together nicely !! The big spend is going to be with QEP really getting them to do some work on the block getting it ready for the pistons, a little work on the head, and then 734 cams and Catcam springs and retainers - dreading thought as to the final price !
