I purchased some mirror caps off him on the 2nd of December, still not received them with today being the 20th. I think I have given it long enough to assume I wont be getting them. I have messaged him 3 times asking if he has sent them and whats going on but I just get ignored so I am not sure whats going on, if he has posted them or what but my suspensions tell me he has took my money and not posted anything.

Ok I get people can be busy but he has been online and not bothered to reply to my messages so I am guessing I have been scammed by him.

Has anyone else had any problems with this guy? Does anyone know him? I don't want to go round calling someone a scammer but if he can't be bothered to reply to my messages and I have received nothing it doesn't look good on him!

IMO something needs to be done about these scammers, more and more active members seem to be doing it now.

Ban from selling stuff or something. It would give people peace of mind knowing that when they buy stuff its going to turn up. Without 1000 excuses then it got returned damaged and they are claiming through post office.

I understand people are busy and can not always post stuff in the first few days, but if your that busy dont sell stuff until you can get to the post office or simply explain to the person that you are busy.

It's something I'm looking into (punative actions against those with shitty selling performance) and I'll discuss it with the other mods soon.

Lets keep this thread on topic and related to the op's issue please

Tbh I agree, and even if it is a bit off topic Ross I am all for making it a better place to sell and buy stuff so i agree, some sort of punishment needs to be put in place to put people off doing it.

Cheers Tom, hopefully he gets back to me.

Sorry Tom. Received text. No credit though. And like I've just explained. I rarely go on forum using laptop and use tapatalk on iPhone. Which never showed messages. I defo wouldn't scam for a silly amount of money. Have told him ill send another set!

But like I said, phone number was in the ad...

Shannon.

Never was my intention to call someone a scammer but you can understand why I though I had been, plus it was a mods suggestion to put the thread up, I didnt even know this section was here untill now lol. Its being resolved now anyway so this thread can be locked. Cheers for the help.

Don't get me wrong I completely understand why you made this, you don't know him from the next person. For all you knew he had ran away with your money. Glad it's been resolved though.

I lol'd. I just imagined someone crouching next to their wheel whispering to it and then putting their ear to the arch gap.
