I am slightly concerned, because for 4 injectors to all be equally 'low' is unlikely.
Need them codes And work out what the issue is, because 150bhp should be ok on stock fuelling really, although 11.5:1 is very rich

The number on the injectors that come out we're iwp 042 but one was iwp 026. Should really have been something I checked before fitting them but I will know for the next time

EEK!! 042's are 250cc/min at 3bar and 026's are listed as Reneault ones? I'm not 100% sure, but yeah they wanna be all matched.
Ideally you would drop in a set of 491cc ones, then it's just done forever then!

I am a bit confused really, as I said when I was remote controlling, the injectors and fuel pressure did not seem to add up to the numbers I was having to put in to the ECU.
It 'appeared' to me that I had to set the ECU as if it had stock injectors and stock 3 bar fuel pressure. It didn't appear it was flowing any more fuel than standard.
The mapping appeared to confirm this. 150bhp at (you say) 180% duty, but I think you mean 80% duty. However it's an extremely rich 11.5:1. I would lean that down to 12.8:1 at that boost and therefore lower the duty.
These injectors can be run up to 90-95% duty fairly reliably without any issues, but still, you want more fuel going in there

When you fit the new injectors, *before* you start the engine, I'll need to re-scale the map for you, because they'll be flowing a shed load more fuel, I can do that remotely, it's only one number!
Don't be tempted to fit them and just start the engine
