Do you know if some type of extension exists that will fit the factory pipe "lip" where the pipes join together and clamped? So if possibly i dont end up chopping my exhaust

Good. I would still advise, not to put that tin can rubbish in place of an exhaust. It's a diesel, you'll see what I mean doing 60mph and hear nothing but

Then getting sarcastic/bemused looks from everyone else.

I like the fart can sound lol. My previous car had it and i dont like a car with no exhaust noise, thats my approach anyway.

From malta exhausts are super expensive, from here i checked the same exhaust that i bought on ebay for 54 euros and from malta its 150 euros for the same one, incredible
