I think i'm right at the end, and i'm dying loads lol. Got to kill loads of these undead type zombie things, there's loads and these other dudes that climb the wall and fire at you with a machine gun. It's in the cave, the one you gotta save the lass

I completed it about 4:00 or 6:00 last night - on normal mode.
I enjoyed it, kept me occupied anyway. On to Forza now then don't know what else i can play.

last rank was 15 xp required to rank up,
next rank they want 115xp to rank up!?!

You probably dont have a high enough skill level. You need to have a certain skill level aswell as xp level to go up.

It doesnt say that though, 
just says 115xp for next level,
where as Ive seen before, reach lvl 15 or 200 xp before next level...
Im skill level 10 2nd Liuetenant (sp)

To move up from lieutenant grade 2 to captain you need at least 100xp points and a minimum of 20 skill level.

will be easier to achieve lvl 20 in Lone wolves tbh

It's pretty good. although io have 200k+ i'm lvl 20 or 21 and don't need to spend money or see the point as you can only use the car for 1-2 races, because of the resitriction - rear wheel drive/<300 hp etc so i have alot of money to spend.
