33% is a shed load of fat to be honest. Depends how you acquired these statistics though.

The fat tests are not 100% accurate.
Such as the skin fold calipers, its just a rough guide etc..
The average woman iirc is around 20-25%

33% is wahhhayy to much buddy, as said above I have some calipers and they are rubbish and quite in-accurate.
My BFP is 6%

The calipers are pretty shit, but will give a rough reading. You can have your bf professionally tested, but that's pointless unless you are competing.
The best way to get a good average is post a picture.

33% body fat does'nt mean your fat. you could still be thin but have a ghetto booty or really big boobs seriously though theres nothing to be embarised about. I would'nt take that test to heart as said their never 100% accurate

Is anything ever 100% in life? Even the pill is 99. something. You can get a very accurate reading done. That's how the pro BB'ers get theirs.

The only accurate way is to effectively drain the body, the elctrode tests with resistance etc... not that great its all just a guide.
Caliper tests for example dont test the amount of fat internally, in arteries, around the heart etc...

Not too clued up about it to be honest, I've had it done a few times but I know the BB'ers who compete go to places to have it "properly" tested. Once they get sub 10 I think every small percent counts. I can't imagine it ever needing to be deadly accurate though. Most people just like to know roughly because the normal goal is around 5-10 % for people who are cutting
