Cheers Ryan.

i train forearms , its something alot of people seem to neglect lol
to train them the best exercise i find is too hang off a bar for pullups as if your doing wide grip ones and just raise yourself up only a little bit
the 1st time i did these my forearms really felt worked for a few days, they seems to do the job as mine have got wider and bigger
you could also hold a barbell behind your back with your fingershalf bent and the bar resting in the bent part and just raise upwards

heard just grippig everythig with a tighter grip on a day to day basis is good for building the forearm muscles, maybe just myth though.

I never train forearms In general but after my back/bicep day I do one exercise for forearms. Wrist curls on the cables or something will do and gives me a pump easy enough as my bicep routine usually hits the forearm up well and It's only a small muscle.

reverse curls are pretty good for forearms too iveonly been doing these recently and the part of muscle thats on your elbow and connects to your biceps has really grown nicely

See if your gym has a rope attatched to a pipe/stick, tie the rope to a weight and twist the rope around the pipe and unravle using hands burns like a bittchhhh...
like thissss

theres this device you can get, forgot the name.
its basically a small plastic handle connected to a thick metal wire. you just squeeze it with your hand for tensing up the forearms

Sounds like i'll be okay then!
Well on a serious note i think what im doing in the gym is enough as a ihave a few of those exersices spread through the week, but a few people i know had 3-4 exercises on them, so that must be abit over kill.
