I personally dont think its an infection as it only occured those two evenings after heavy water intake. So I need to pee but it doesnt come out, just burning.
Just had a more intense workout (think Ive overdone it where Ive hit minus calories though), had 2l of water. No burning today.

Well loads did come out, but at the end of it all it would sting, and my bladder still felt like it needed to release.

But no go, until about 10mins later, but then burning all the way through.

Next morning back to normal.

Rushy i had NSU (non specific urethritis) similar to what you describe in terms of burning but not all the time. Went to gum and antibiotics cleared it up

Narrowed the cause down to my mother changing washingpowder from aerial to daz
