Mixing Protein Shakes into Food
Does anyone do this? Was just eating some ReadyBrek and thought about putting my usual scoops of protein in aswell to save having to drink the shake aswell, i opted against it until i see if its actually a good thing or not lol
So anyone mix it with certain foods? If so which ones?
Cheers meatheads x

tried unflavoured whey protein in my porridge once and it was bloody horrible. went a really weird texture and just couldn't eat it. and i can eat most things if i know they're healthy! my mate puts myprotein impact milk isolate in his porridge though and it looks the same as normal porridge. he says it tastes the same too
i've heard of people putting whey protein in yoghurt. say strawberry in strawberry. could also try making your own protein bars using whey protein, oats, eggs etc. ideal snack and works out a lot cheaper than shop prices
