im 6ft 5 and 13 stone.

my abs knd of show through and my pecs seem just fat.

whats the best diet, supplements and exercises to get decent ands and pecs?

go to the gym and get someone there to set a programme up for you,
maximuscle is the best suplents, you probablt want the Promax drink, help muscle growth and recovery

You want to bulk up the chest first, so loads of protein in the diet, no unwanted fat (cooking oil etc), no takeaways, beers etc.

Supplements:
Pre - BSN No Xplode - gives you a extra pump and you can do alot more
Post - Whey Protein

When your pecs are looking good, cut it all off. Loads of cardio and ab work. Low in carbs.
