Default Lucozade supps

are these any good tried a shake last week and taste really nice and just been shopping to tesco and they had the createin and carb tablets for 1p per pack?
bought some to try anyone else tried any of it?

The better they taste the more sugar is in them as a general rule of thumb

Most lucozade products are smashed full of sugar and or glucose

yer not sure what you mean by 1p per pack they generally seem fairly priced but you don't get many servings and like above are full of sugar. I sometimes take a lucozade sport drink during exercise as they contain glucose for fuel and contain essential salts to help stop dehydration which leads to cramps which I'm very prone to.

lucozade gives you energy but slowly there for being good for long duration sports, i always have a bottle before and during a football match but only the flat one

meh, their 'muscle' supplements are pretty useless from the info ive seen...
it was something like 9g of protein per serving... post workout you may aswell not bother lol

I bought a load of creatine and carb tablets from Asda agers ago when they had them on promo at 35p a pack.

They dont taste too bad, actually they taste like the stick out of this....



Are they definately 1p a pack? If so Ill have a box

On a side note.........Has anyone tried the cola flavour double dip? Never seen it before.
