ill squat with weights every monday and friday along with my cleans session.

Tues/thurs after a running session ill just do medball squats at speed for conditioning.

Weighted im keeping it lighter for me and simple this year.

So minday this week was
4sets x 6 x 80kg with 1 min recovery, driving up fast on each rep

fridays its usually an 80kg warm up then straight into sets of 100 where ill stay for the whole season i expect
