Stick to my fucking macros and shift the rest of this fat, so you can start to see the fruits of my hard work.

You're going to flood the forums with filthy pictures, or post pics of boxing/equestrian trophies? Or both?

Weighed myself and stuff today.. 161lb, and 16.2% body fat.. Want to get the fat down quite a bit, but having a lot of friends who work on the rigs, the main thing they want to do socially is go out to eat, and go out drinking.. The drinking i can easily turn down, but when they eat out, i can't help but get something.. So a bit of a bastard to get cut!

Good to see different approaches of folk.

Not totally in agreement of the maximum meal protein intake though, When i intermittent fast I consume in some cases literally 100g+ protein in a meal. If your body needs it, it will utilise it.

At the moment I'm pretty much maintaining slowly gaining weight but my body fat is constant or dropping a touch every other week.

Still eating A LOT of carbs to, i'll continue to intermittent fast but drop carbs and up my fat intake to get shredded for summer.

Aslong as your hitting your daily macro profile have 6 meals or 2 whatever suits you personally and your lifestyle.

I personally find 2 meals best for me plus an intra workout shake, gives me a good 14 hour of no food so I can do fasted cardio. Definitely the easiest way for me to nail my macros, and gain mass whilst staying lean.

I weighed in at over 18 stone today, been eating and training like a horse. Bodyfat is down at that as well

Being super alpha turbo hench man.

plus getting all the bitches

On a serious note, 18 stone is pretty stocky like, good going. I'm nearly 14. It may not be muscle.

I always lift as heavy as I personally can but honestly it's a country mile off Powerlifting standard especially for the weight class i'd be in. One of my mates weighs about 14.5 stone and he is stronger than me, however he is considerably shorter.

I find for some exercises being tall with long arms and legs can be a hindrance, each rep seems to last forever in comparison to some of my Manlet sized friends that only seem to have a fraction of the rep i do (not an excuse)

I do lift for appearance over strength, whilst i like progressing up the weights etc. I'd rather be the bodybuilder type over the powerlifter type.

Exactly!! That is honestly initially why I started lifting, all i used to think about was railing as many girls as possible. Now I do it for myself and my own enjoyment.

I am 6'2 which helps contribute to my weight. At around 16.5 stone i'm very lean, bit of a water boy at the moment like so retaining a few lbs from that plus I need to cut about a stone of body fat then i should be summer ready

Aim is to be as big and lean as possible for about July/August, got 3 x 1 week holidays planned over 6 weeks so that's my deadline date.

I'm Seeing a tidy personal trainer at the moment, she competes in bikini class and her dad competes as a bodybuilder professionally and recently won an over 50's comp. There both helping a lot and have got my diet and training tidied up which i'll be starting from Monday.

Keto diet will be started again as I get lean soo fast on that diet in comparison to eating carbs, still comes off but just takes longer for me.
