just spoken to paypal on the phone, and skids_vts what you said isnt right..

you refund my £52 as thats what has come out of my bank account, its not my fault about the damage or postage so i do not have to cover costs

if you still want the damaged bonnet, you have to pay for your own courier, nothing to do with me, so you can either wait for the claim to go through and for that to happen, or you can refund me the £52 now and i can scrap bonnet or i can keep it for you if you want to arrange courier, your choice

My god we still going at it here!? Just send him the bloody £52 back so its in his pocket so he can throw that shit bonnet in the back of a courier van at your cost to get wrecked even more so you can try and sell it again for £3....If you had just refunded him in the first place, all this would be long gone!

Delboy hasn't lost his temper once, has handled the situation calmly and has remained pretty professional throughout.

I don't take sides until enough evidence suggests I should. I've spoken to Skids on the forum before too and never had any issues. So please don't think that I'll stick up for the OP just because he posts on here more than you.
Not exactly professional saying watch out my uncle its a hot shot lawyer, that's a bit childish. Alas he is in the right no disputing that but to be honest it'd have just put the Paypal claim in and sorted it through them instead of on line bickering.

Ok mate you will find out that i am actually right. If you went to return an item to a shop for instance after gettin home and finding it was faulty would you then proceed to demand a refund for the petrol cost and parking cost for example because you had to take it back? NO! This is the same principle. In any circumstance, not just this one, if your unhappy with an item it is returned at your expense.
Once paypal has decided in your favour, let me know and i can send you my correct address for you to return the bonnet at your expense.

Thankyou

Mildly entertaining thread.

Skidpatch does appear to sound like a scammer, more excuses than a ladies gymnasium, I think he should be banned from the for sale section at least.

No shop would make you pay for the cost of returning it if its damaged! Do you ever buy anything off the internet? I've had plenty arrive to me damaged and all have been sent back at the sellers cost and a refund or a replacement that is in condition that you expect it to be in.

Yes probably when you buy your knickers from littlewoods, they are returned at littlewoods expense. I reffered to walking into a shop numb nuts.

Haha i love this thread with all you small minded imbeciles

Did he walk into a shop and buy the bonnet? Thought not, he bought it on the internet which was what I was compairing against. He doesn't owe you shit, you owe him money if you want the bonnet back, then pay for it to be thrown back to you
