19mm but be careful with a cross bar if bolts on too tight, many times I've used my leg on it, slipped off and punched myself in the face, self inflicted pain ftl.

haha I did pal but you have to rest your leg on one side to get enough leverage otherwise it just comes off the nut, I've done my back too many times using my cross bar, I should really invest in a power bar

Use the jack handle for leverage.
Or do you use widow makers instead of a trolley jack??
