Xbox Live, Shared connection from PC?
Could I.....
Share Internet access from my PC to my xbox,
the PC is wireless, could I then share this connection to my xbox with Ethernet cable?

yeah just connect the cabel from your router and then into your xbox should be fine

.....thats not what I asked, I asked could I share it from a Wireless PC..
not could I run a cable from my router to my Xbox...lol

My Bros 360 is connected to the pc by ethernet, and that pc is wireless as the router is downstairs, and the connection is shared yes it can be done.

yeah you can, you'll need to make sure both network connections are enabled, then in network connections select both connections, right click on one and press bridge connections.
i did it for a bit but i didnt find it very reliable, id only do it as a last resort to be honest.

it is a last resort as Im not paying £60 to make my xbox standalone wireless....

No problems, on the other hand had no reliability/signal issues.

i had to remove and re-add the bridge on occassions as the wireless signal would just disappear, think it was because an IP conflict with the 360 and my laptop, and the router didnt like it. you might want to look into configuring this properly so you dont have the same problems i did

...Ive already given my Xbox a static IP address, and will give my PC a static IP address, so wont be any conflict there, but ty for pointing this out.
