Meet Attendees List
A bit like facebook, when RMO sends out the PM should have the option to select yes/maybe/no.
Simple but effective, that way getting rid of the pointless posts where people add there name.
And encase they dont get the pm, integrate it so at the top of the event thread they can change there status

no thye dont, as its the RMO's job to monitor the section in the first place, then they can send out the invites.
Doesnt mean they have to create the initial thread.
