i dont know how often it happens in other sections but in the nw its all the time. its usually people with under 100 posts.
could a mod start dishing out infractions as it gets bad i spotted 3 in the top half of the nw section.

people should post in the right sections and if there not allowed in oh well.

and this is what really grinds my gears.

What's wrong with it if it's collection only? Can't exactly con ya face to face

Also people do it in the regional sections when they don't want to post items and want collection only so it would be easier to post in the regional section rather than the for sale section
