Moved to correct forum area 
I actually like this idea tbh. Almost like an "anything goes" area. We don't have to restrict it or enforce it, just make it so that only registered forum members can enter the forum area (IE, public can't see it, it's not returned in google search results etc). I'd wager 99% of everyone on the site is 18+, so I'm not bothered by that and we can have a warning in the forum description to say it contains potentially sexually explicit threads.
I'm a supporter. I'll talk to the others.

you can choose NOT to go in the forum area. Right now, the threads are mixed in with Genchat - meaning you're often in a porn thread before you know it

I think its a good idea.
I know certain pictures would be posted but its not going to be copy and paste off Pornhub, I think the idea is more about "Adult Chat" things you would say and discuss but can't currently.

The issue is it will just end up people will only post there, just as an excuse to post loads of shite.
You then have the rest of the forum not being used.

Sounds like general chat now...
I strongly doubt it will detract from any other sections, it would just be an extension to general chat with less limits on what can be said and shared.
Maybe make it a sub-section under general chat?
