Flash memory?
Whats this term mean?
I got a cheap mp4 player off egay and it says 8gb flash memory how does this differ from normal memory?
Do the files need to be changed before i put them on?

Its just the same as a normal MP3 player. EG doesnt use a hard drive. No need to change any files mate, Just need to make sure that the videos are converted either to MP4 or maybe WMV?
MP3s should go on there normally.

just means theres digital chips instead of moving hardware
