if hes paying you at all, public liability insurance.
Id not shoot a wedding without imo, mate or no mate just incase you fuck it up and they get mega arsy over it.

good luck man... honestly I visualise myself the night before just shitting my pants, checking my gear endlessly, then on the day just crapping myself some more. basically a weekend of crapping myself... couldn't do it.

you will want to be using more than 1 lens at a wedding thats for sure.
IMO from stuff ive looked at/researched.
Macro - for rings/shoes/intricate details pre wedding
Wide angle for the group shot out of the church
various lenses (which NEED to be fast inside a dark church) etc.... for many different long range shots down the middle of the walkway, the couple up close, different angles, them signing the book etc etc...
Plus a bit tip which towles in the bag/car, means if the grass is muddy/dirty, she can sit on them and not ruin her dress and shoes, but also means they wont stand out in the shot if positioned correctly.
Heck lots more ive thought about and missed lol

id pop over more than a day before if you intend on doing so, at least then if you need to order any gear you have more than 12hours to get it
