Default First slr; first pictures.

afternoon

I treated myself to a 450D last week, iv been learning bits and bobs while looking for the camera i wanted. So, just wanted a quick CC on a couple of pictures and point me in the right direction where I can learn how to use it properly.

Iv only cropped and slightly played with the colour in both pictures.

Cheers guys

I got the Canon 18-55mm IS lens and Tamron 70-300mm, f4-5.6 DI lens (literally copied and pasted from jessops)

First one:
Tamron lens
192mm
1/200 sec @ f5
ISO 200

Second one:
On canon lens
18mm
1/200 sec @ f3.5
ISO 400

Hope that helps mate
