When I put the threaded piece in I used some fancy grips with rubber jaws.
As long as there is sufficient thread in both the mocal fitting and the block it shouldn't matter. I think the key factor is to not over tighten the fittings, a little tighter than you'd put a filter on really. They aren't hub nuts, don't go wild with a breaker bar.

thats just shitroen/pug been twats they should just keep 1 and sell you one but they wont do that anymore if you want 1 bolt and it comes in a pack of 50 they sell you 50

Maybe its because they sit on the shelf for years and never get used?
They have to order them from france and they have to pay for the order and delivery.

they have to order them from france because they dont keep anything in stock any more as they then at extra charge to the customer can get them over night or they say they can but every part you order happens to be on "back order" after you have already paid for it
2 months i waited for some piston oil jets for a jp4 they cant tell me they halted the car assembly line for that length of time?
