I don't know really, but it is adjustable so should allow the mapper to tweak the timing very slightly to get the best results - which I think is a positive !!

harding1985 - go for PH3's. but would only really be worth while with the basic mods done (induction/exhaust), and then a remap.

Hi Mate,

Basic mods already done

Any Recommended places to do the re-map? Plus how much the re=map normally set you back?

urm... well there are different views on how much people want ot spend on remapping.

Chipwizards/Wayne can remap your car up in Manchester for give or take £500.

Whereas there are other places (some links in this thread) that will remap for different prices, around £300 i think.

But at the end of the day it's upto you where you want to go. People have had good words to say about Chipwizards, so seems a safe bet. But personally if you're going to spend £500 on remapping, you're getting close to going standalone, when you take into account its resale value too. Remember ..... You don't want a chip !!!!

I'm toying with trying out Pug1Off if they do remaps, or trying somewhere like angel tuning or chippeduk if they remap. Is a hard call though !!

can we not ask wayne to do a group discount on mapping?
just a thought as most will have a similar set up so all he has to do is tweak the map for each car?

Good idea mate,

We could get like 10 people to go with the group re-map he would be in the money and should be cheaper for us with a discount
