Bedford126's Facelift civic Type R The Old Lass
Soo got my self a new car. Facelift type r 65k on the clock FSH from honda.
Only plans so far are to get some khumo kh39's fitted then full tracking and camber sorted, new mats and make my own gear knob and maybe the aem v2 long arm induction kit. then after the summer a k100-kpro and full exhaust system
Comments welcome?

Not bad.. Only cars i really like in silver, other than the focus ST! Always been torn between one of these, and a TT 225 for my next car, but the TT is winning with boost and heated leather..
What sort of gear knob are you going to make? Maybe Ross will lend you one of his dildos to make one out of?

Yeah i was undecided between this and a night hawk black one, but this one hands down. Not really given it any beans at the min because its on 4x pirelli snow tires so not the best.
Texted Ross about one of his dildos but it puts the power to weight ratio of the car down to about 1bhp per tonne.

Yeah, too many black ones on the road too! It seems to be the main colour everyone got! Wouldn't mind a graphite gray one either, they look pretty decent!
Ah, didn't factor the girl of his botty hole in, to make the weight up for the dildo!

had a look at 2 graphite ones. One in york and one down in rotherham both were pretty much shitters.
Gar knob will be made up at work in the machine shop ising some billet aluminium i have and just something a little smaller than the standard one from honda so it fits the hand nicer.

Sooooo.
Plans for this week. -
The engine threw warning light up this week on the way back from York so got it hooked up and turns out its a Electric load detector. So got a price from Honda £57+ vat, its iterally the size of a postage stamp. So fuck that I will be going to the honda breakers.
Also ordered a full set of pads and disks, a new cat converter and new bushes and bolts for the front arb and suspension.
Also got myself booked in for a new set of khumo kh35's and a set of camber bolts so i can get the full geo set up in preparation for the ring in the spring.
some pics I took at work in the mean time.

Wow really nice mate. Im looking at ep3s for my next car. Definately like the facelift model although it may be out of budget. Will see nearer the time. Milano red or nhb for me but that looks good in silver too.

Driving this to work literally kills me!! Just wanting to put my foot down but have to keep under 3k or the milage allowance won't cover it.
Does put a smile on your face every time you get in it though.

It is if you drive with fuel in mind you get paid to drive a car you love and get paid to do it!!!
Right so I took delivery of the tyres this morning, Pretty happy with them for the price hopefully they are as good on this as they are on the saxo. Still waiting on a couple of parts from Honda also ordered my hondata k100. Then me and the GF will be sorting everything Thursday / Friday..

Are you doing RBC & exhaust before fitting the K100? Or just the K100?
I saw in your first post you're looking at the AEM V2? I had one, I loved it, got some videos kicking around somewhere..

Doing the full works before the k100 mate. Just got a bonus this month so got it ordered. The v2 has been ordered from the USA even with import taxes it's a huge saving from the uk price. I opted for the long arm kit to put the filter behind the front bumper.
