Default Current Goals / Progress

With summer fast approaching no doubt a few of us are currently progressing towards goals set.

What's everyone currently striving towards or achieved soo far this year??

This section is dying we need to re-assemble!!

Eat shit food, as much as possible.

Achieving my goals admirably.

I'm debating doing a routine of nothing but loaded carries... Just got nowhere to do them really.

Started jumping into my cutting phase now, already feel like drowning myself.

Dropped majority of my carbs, no more bread/pasta (still keeping da rice).
Meals normally consist of:

Breaky - 5 Egg whites, 40g Protein shake, Banananana + an apple if it's there
Break before lunch - Tuna + Sweet corn (not sure on grams etc)
Lunch - 400(or so)g Chicken Breast with 2 Cups of brown rice + 1 cup of green beans
Afternoon Break - 40g Protein shake + Portion of grapes
Tea times - 400(or so)g Chicken Breast with 2 Cups of brown rice + 1 cup of broccoli
Post gym (8/9ish) - 40g Protein shake + another bananana

I'll stick to this diet plan near enough, mainly because I'm not a big fan of fish (other than tuna), and lean beef etc aren't too cheap compared to Chicken Breast!

Your eating too much protein for breakfast mate, you only need between 40 - 45 so any extra is going to waste i.e. wieight gain

Never really though about breakfast too much like that if I'm honest!
Probably just switch it up to one scoop instead of two for the proteins then
Just habit because when I wasn't eating egg whites I'd do the same

Not gym related but my goal for summer is to climb ben Nevis and complete the Glas Maol circuit.

Will be quite an achievement for me in the heat.

Yolk's are very good as there a source of good fat.

Stick to my fucking macros and shift the rest of this fat, so you can start to see the fruits of my hard work.

You're going to flood the forums with filthy pictures, or post pics of boxing/equestrian trophies? Or both?

Good to see different approaches of folk.

Not totally in agreement of the maximum meal protein intake though, When i intermittent fast I consume in some cases literally 100g+ protein in a meal. If your body needs it, it will utilise it.

At the moment I'm pretty much maintaining slowly gaining weight but my body fat is constant or dropping a touch every other week.

Still eating A LOT of carbs to, i'll continue to intermittent fast but drop carbs and up my fat intake to get shredded for summer.

Aslong as your hitting your daily macro profile have 6 meals or 2 whatever suits you personally and your lifestyle.

I personally find 2 meals best for me plus an intra workout shake, gives me a good 14 hour of no food so I can do fasted cardio. Definitely the easiest way for me to nail my macros, and gain mass whilst staying lean.

I weighed in at over 18 stone today, been eating and training like a horse. Bodyfat is down at that as well

DAT DER CREATINEEEEE

Weighed myself and stuff today.. 161lb, and 16.2% body fat.. Want to get the fat down quite a bit, but having a lot of friends who work on the rigs, the main thing they want to do socially is go out to eat, and go out drinking.. The drinking i can easily turn down, but when they eat out, i can't help but get something.. So a bit of a bastard to get cut!
