I think this 'COD' best player thread is flawed.

My KD ratio is about 1.61 atm and in the matches we've played in Matt you've not done better than me once iirc. From what you've said in this thread it comes across like you play in a team and camp. Which is fine, and I'm not trying to start trouble but I don't think it makes you the best MW2 player on Saxp.

The best way imo is to have private matches against each other and see that way.

On a side note, how old are you Matt? Just as you sounded young on the mic.

Should base this on a number of things.
You want to be doing it on Kill Streak, Ratio's on the wins and Ratio's on the kills.
See who tops each.

I'm 31 years old and camp but in a 1v1 with normal tdm/free for all rules I would beat most players in the world. If it was with recons permanently on I would lose to most players in the world. My 10yo son can whip me 1v1 when I run and gun lol. Best strategy is to camp in places away from the action with betties/claymores but with a good line of sight to traffic. Don't let any naughty MP40 player tell you otherwise.

You probably would get a better score than me in all game modes but I don't die, so as a TDM player there is no better substitute. I get about 15 kills 6 deaths average most games so that's just good enough to win most TDM's. I'm currently 2.78 and is someone is 2.79 without cheating (i.e.) lagswitch/friend on other side letting him killstreak) then they are a better TDM player than me. It's simple.

Haha, camping is the way forward on this game tbh. I'll admit to camping now and again when i want to boost my kd ratio in game by a bit and head towards Harriers and whatever.
I think we need to see some evidence on here though, maybe someone on the xbox collect people on their Friends List and then you can verify that the stats are correct.

Son has his own account but the mic has been known to pick him up, also if you joined me after 10pm then you'll will have seen some poor performances. Can't aim for jack when tired. I get some dodgy scores like 12-8 5-2 10-10 but the next day at lunch I'm back in the 20-2 10-1 15-6 groove and the KD holds towards the upper ends of 2.78. I can't remember playing with you though tbh.

I think staying alive is better for me as it aids my kd getting killstreak rewards.

I get decent scores in TDM, I've had a fair few 20 kills with 0-3 deaths. That's without camping. Which, IMO is a better player. Because anyone can sit there with a claymore behind him and getting a decent line of sight.
