Default i-tunes

Think i saw Adsayer post that you can convert videos to watch on the i-phone/i-pod via i-tunes.
Just wondering how you do this as i cant see anyway on i-tunes where to do it...
Cheers in advance

Takes years. Use a proper converter.

Use Handbrake. If you've got avi files the best method is to run the avi file through ConvertXtoDVD so that you have an ISO file, then run that ISO file through Handbrake.

You'll have a high quality file with full chapter listings.
