^ Could you pick the best parts out of there for me? As i havn't really got a clue

But i would like it to have the The Antec 900 Case
Pretty much what you had before then, but choose the radeon 5770 graphics card and first hdd should be 2tb 32mb cache (7200 rpm) with no 2nd hdd. Obviously the Antec 900 as well. When configuring that I had to specify floppy drive none rather than leaving it blank otherwise it moaned at me because you can't fit a card reader and floppy drive in an Antec 900.

Reguardless of what anyone says you can build a seriously quick pc for 500 - 800 if you look around

CPU - anything intel dual core, can get quad core fairly cheap too . set 200
Motherboard - easy enough to find set 100
ram - 40 quid 4 gb you will not need anything more than this
graphics - nvidia 250gtx 1 is more than enough for the latest games buy 2 and its fucking insane - 250 or 500
case - 40 quid who the fuck cares what it looks like your only playing games
keyboard mouse - 30 quid
other bits and bobs - 50

so cheapest 700 quid

for really good fucking pc

900 and i can guarantee it you will find other parts cheaper than i listed. they are just off the top of my head without looking in any website

That's how I feel about cars, who the fuck cares what it looks like, it's only for getting from A to B .

I agree with the rest of your post though. There's a sweet spot between £450-£650. Below that you generally get what you pay for and have to make compromises, above that you get diminishing returns for your money.

Their site is dodgy, I had the same problem. It didn't pick up your changes.

After further looking into the 5770 crossfire i think i am going to go with that set up.

I was looking at the 5850, and possibly crossfireing it in the future. How ever i think the 5770 crossfire set up may be a better idea.

any opinions?
