Join up on the forum, on the second page, leave the fields blank that you gotta type into, with us being from the US it forces to pick a state, so blank ftw then it lets you go 
Once on you'll get a email or keep checking profile on the site... takes upto 36 hours apparently.
Wish it would frickin hurry up.

If you pre-order from Game.co.uk you get a code to access some call of duty site that then gives you a beta key. I got the access code but the feckin this is coming back as invalid!
