My gf tried buying map pack 1 for her ps3 and kept getting an error message, now she's been billed 7.99 by playstation and has no map map or wallet funds, wtf?

Anyone know a contact number? we can't find one anywhere ...reminds me of when Amazon.com was ripping me off, v hard to get hold of.

If you have it on your PS3, why not just sign into her console and re-download / install to that console?

I've just done that with fossie, went halves (£8 quid each) for both map packs ftw.

Yeah I did that but before we realised she had a few attempts at buying it, luckily the error made us THINK. ...but days later she was charged and got no download.
