Just passed my medical this morning, easy!
next up is the physical, got to run 1.5mile in 12.20mins which is easy can do it in 10mins 5 secs\
shouldnt hav any problems

they did, but not in the way your thinking! he put his fingers at the bottom of the core, just above the crown jewels and said cough lol
i could carry my weight easy!
you have got to do medical and then physical before your training starts

yer its to cut easy of training down at raleigh so they dont send unfit bums that cant do a single press up then getting rid of them after 7 weeks when they cant pass

served 4 years as a leading hand chef aboard hms invincible

Great stuff mate, I'm joining the Royal Marines in january, doing my PRMC in october, which is basically a 3 days of pure hell, and thats just to see if they think your fit enough to be entered for teaining!?!

I was going to do the PRMC 2 years ago after I finished my GCSEs but thought i'd leave it for a few years have a bit of fun etc before I get tied up.
