right ive got loads of these as we bought to many for work, we gave them out to people to bulid muscles back up after they had personal injuries or have been unactive due to their injury to help them recover, they work great on ure arms and stomach and thyere so small u can wear em wenever and whereever.
they have various settings, and the low settings can alos be used to repair damaged muscles and relieve aches and pains.
they owe my dad £20 each so thats the delivered price.

theyre for after exercise too mate they will help ure muscles repair quicker after exercise and if your a football/rugby palyer and u get strains injury's etc they do them the world of good!
