Doesn't work like that, £60 excess, they take the phone, try and fix it every way they can, then replace it

I pay about £7 odd a month for insurance on my iphone 4.
I dropped it, smashed the back, within first week of ownership lol. 2 days later it wouldnt turn on - but because I dropped it I had to pay an excess of about £60-80 (cant remember now) to get it all completely fixed

Have a good read, it will be a brand new phone, if they cannot repair it..
Would be like taking a car back under warranty, and them just giving you a brad new one lol

do it yourself just done one for a mate and it took the best part of 15mins and cost £10 in parts off ebay
