Virgin media customer service
Virgin actually being awesome for once!
Rang them up two days ago to have a little moan about my serious lack of connection speed.
Got connected to someone within 3 mins (last call was more around 90 mins) and the guy was incredibly helpful,
explained that virgin were working in my area to get this double speed work finished, as I'm sure some of you know they have been doing this around the UK.
he apologised for any inconvenience and reimbursed me two months bill.
So free, albeit, slow Internet for two months when the work will be completed.
