Cool Wiring my sub?!?!?

I have just bought a FLI active subwoofer from Halfords and have decided rather than pay the £70!! they wanted to fit it, to have a go myself.

I am useless at wiring, i only just fitted my door speakers last week (also FLI) about an hour and a half later.

I have resherched quite a bit into wiring it, and i have a few questions.

Firstly where abouts do i feed the power cable through form the battery? I have looked under the glove box but cant seem to see anywhere?

Secondly how abouts to i lift the carpet up?

Also does anywhere have a good place/ convenient place to ground the cable?

And lastly i think i have identified the remote cable at the back of my stereo but im not 100% sure so i have uploaded a pic. It says 'P cable" one side but "antanna cable" on the other, shown in pics, and i simply crip these together?

Sorry for all the questions but i'm a completely shit at wiring!

Researched my ass! Most of your questions could be searched for or are in the faqs but anyway...

Power cable grommet is easier seen from the engine side. Large grommet behind the brake servo. Follow the bonnet release cable. Stick a screw driver through to identify where it comes through.

Pull up the rubber door seal and you will see meal gripper clips that hold the carpet down. Pry up with a screwdriver

Earth to anywhere that is on the chassis. Most use a bolt under the rear seats. Sand the metal back to get any paint off.

Yes that cable will do for the remote turn on

Just had a look through loads more posts and found all the answers! Thank you for answering though, still wasn't sure if that was the remote turn on cable so thanks for confirming that for me!

Just hope this sub is worth all the hassle of it!
