my dads friend was over in states, he brought us back a car dryin tool, its replaces the Shamy (spellin not a clue) hehe its called the, The original Californian Jelly blade. it had a solid hanle with a rubber flap its amazing, one wipe and its completey dry and smere FREE

they are ok for a week, then when they get dirty...... they scratch your car to death believe me i had 1.... Autoglym ... worked wonders for a week or 2 then got 2 deep scratches because of it

I've lost count with the number of cars we've machined to removed the scratches these aqua-blades inflict, throw it in the bin or use it on your windows if you must, even then i wouldnt as i dont think scratched glass looks that good either.....

we did a BMW 320 today that had a huge curved scratch from it on the bootlid, 99% certain it will be from one of these blades, as it follows the sweeping action your hand would make when drying the car with it, a right pain to machine out too
