ive listed them somewhere above, but basically going for a red and black theme again, watch this space

getting new tyres on and wheels powder coated and getting show cage and strut braces this week hopefully. gonna spend the day cleaning it all up and that 2moro. pulling out the old sub wires etc.

just noticed my saxp stickers came yesterday so putting them on this afternoon. also got myself a compbrake quickshift, blanking grommit for rear wiper, black pillar trims, new arial base as mine was broke, just about to go out and do a bit tidying up.

will post pictures this afternoon.

ah shes one of the till tarts, whys that m8???? lol. its very quick. suprised me how quick it was. think its clutch is on way out though. gunna change it anyway. and what you mean by dont ruin it. would i do a thing like that?????

well. spent a little while today fitting a few bits and peices. ive removed the spare wheel. fitted black badges, de-wipered the rear, also fitted a new red carpet, went along to redcar to pick up a mint GTI leather interior so that went in today, got the show cage in today but only until i get the real cage fitted. fitted my red cam covers and quickshift. its starting to come along nicely, also had my spax adjustable's polybushes and poly engine mount fitted by chris from manic other week, and ive had the clutch sorted now. just trying to get my computer to upload pictures now.

pictures aint the best but you get the idea. next thing to go on is group n engine mount and my strut braces, if they ever come.

havent posted an update for a while now so here it is.
as some off you know i had a crash on a roundabout about 5 weeks ago, somebody overtook me over the center of it. now she is claiming it was my fault.

. but anyway, my excess is £450 and i thought it would be cheaper for me if i repaired the car myself. so here it is so far,
replaced the strut, bottom arm, drivers side drive shaft, headlights, bonnet and grill so far, still need a wing and bumper but its tsrating to take shape. got the bumper bolted on at the minute and it looks gash.

my girlfriends also bought a two tone VTR with vts wheels, lowered on bilstein shocks, duplex exhaust fitted at the minute (but thats coming off as soon as i get hold of another bumper) and a simota induction kit.

i had stripped everything off the vts incase it went to insurance so as im putting it back on it will give me a chance to take pics and make a propper progress thread for you all.

VTS is finally starting to come on, just need a shock now and my track rod ends and drop links done before MOT.

fitted the laguna splitter and put my wind deflectors, flat wipers and carbon mirrors back on, also went back to my smoked jewel rear lights.

spent yesterday morning fitting new interior in the VTR, series 2 rallye seats and carpet, just going to fit a set of plain black door cards when i get hjold of some.
feels so much better to drive with the rallye seats compared to the old vtr ones.

will be updating quite a bit over next few days

just ordered a new pair of strut braces for the vts, after waiting 4 months for a refund or the braces which i ordered from strutbracer to arrive and hopefully going to have a supersprint race system on by next week.
