well I've fitted the crank pulley a few months back, butt i coudn't replace the alternator pullet at the time and forgot about it. Now i want to replace the alternator pulley with the lightweight one but how do you get the OEM pulley off???

The thread has an allen key style fixing in the middle then you need a swan neck spanner to get the nut.

When I did mine it was on so tight I had to take the alternator off then grip the old pully with some clamps and get a breaker bar on the nut.

thanks mate, any idea wich size allen key & spanner i need for the job?

Arent these known to fail, so getting one of these would be a worth while investment.
