Theres a few okay ones.. Sorry to be brutal but most of them are either very out of focus, or the flash on the snowflakes close to the camera is very distracting.. Obviously it's hard shooting in the dark without a tripod so good effort.

flash will give the nasty effect you have got in the snow.
Its bouncing directly off of the snow flakes

dont use flash in snow, it jsut bounces of the flakes and looks terrible ,as you have demonstrated.
also why post pics that are blurred, and out of focus ? your asking for input and posting pics that are fundamentally wrong.
im not being harsh, jsut fair.
instead of using a flash, turn the iso up, it will create some noise but looks alot better.
also watch your shutter speed in low light, raising the iso will allow you to use a quicker shutter, in turn resulting in a stable image.
p50 looks like a decent camera, in challenging situations like low light, snow, strong back light, its worth using Manual mode.
get the manual (the book) out and have a read, there will be loads of tips on using your camera on the net, have a read and take it all in.

i like the one of the gate.
have you tried desaturating (making it black and white) any in photoshop? or using the auto levels bit under image?
this can make an image look alot better, perhaps change the contrast/brightness on some?
have a play with them...
