PS2 question
Hi , i just picked up this ps2 with afew games for peanuts and being new to game consoles i'd thought i would ask afew questions , firstly can i play ps3 games on it ? any games you would recommend ? was thinking of purchasing the dvd remote too , is it best to stay to official sony equipment ?

cheers as i wrote it was cheap  though must admit was a steal as it came like new in the box etc ! so i was pleased , being a old fart these days !! lol i ain't to fussed on new gadgets , i'll wait to the lastest consoles are going to be replaced then i'll get one for peanuts again ! anyways any must have games i should get ? i remember " house of the dead " think that was on sega ? that was fun anything like that on ps2 ? CHEERS :0)

Tomb Raider

Also Splinter Cell, NFS Most Wanted, Manhunt (if you're a psycho like me!), and dont forget GTA Vice City for the 80s retro
Also if you dont mind the 'kiddy' games theres various Crash titles. I think FIFA and PES are still available for it but dont quoute me on that.

hello mate list so far
ps2 console in box with 2 original controllers leads etc inc two games GT3 and GT4 got this for £24 is in mint condition .
colin mcrae rally 3 £2 has saxo on it i think 
WW2 tank battles £3 abit more money but i wanted this one .
now bidding on another console with steering wheel etc ..

firstly yes im older than most on here
secondly yes i drive a vtr ( is that wrong ) ? if it is your on the wrong forum !!
thirdly i bought a ps2 as i have never bothered with games consoles before , i'd thought i would give it a go , see if its for me before i fork out serious cash on something i might not like !
I have done alright out of life have no debts and enjoy it to the most !!
one thing i do hate is rude cunts sticking their noses in and gob shite'ng !!

2) Why drive a typical "first car" if you're older, surely that can't do nothing for your pussy rating?
3) You picked such a lame console to test the water on, The xbox 360 doesn't break the bank at around £100 or less for a used one
4) Most people have no debts if they can manage money and have a head on their shoulders
5) Yes I'm a cunt, why ask a question if you didn't want people to put their noses in and finaly you should take it to thought of what I've said then maybe you wouldn't still be driving a Saxo and buying PS2's.
