There are many Fads regarding fat loss, largly from experience people think if you cut the amount of calories you take in considerably, they will reduce body fat! BUT it is this simple - if you burn caloriues from fat by regular exercise, this will reduce your body fat% and keep it off! easy peasy... the hard part that most people fall down at is acually doing the work!!

Instead of starving your body to burn fat, the easier way is to make it burn it through exercise!! It is well known among strength training professionals and researchers that there is a significant post-exercise elevation of your metabolism, lasting up to 3-4 hours after your weight training session ends.... combine this with cardio training & wham, your on to a winner!!!

Eating small amounts of the wholesome nutritious foods and eating them often, will help raise your metabolic rate meaning your burning more calories....

so the key is a well balanced diet & regular resistance training with cardio training too.... GET ON IT!!
