I see what you did there!
It's a slow process as I just moved house and job
I've got the battery to relocate, a polycarbonate rear screen to go in when I get the fibreglass hatch, also have an electric fire extinguisher in the post and a devices cage to go in
And a bigger mc
And a catch can
And I need the sunroof out
And.......,

Got a fair bit on then... Bit like me! Lol.
You going to trax this year dude? Be good to get on track together if you are. Hoping it should be my first proper outing in mine. Should try and get a few of us block booked.

Well D4MJT piled over to mine at the weekend and put my matrix hose on as I drank tea!
It just didn't seem to be long enough, we called JS Performance and they had no idea how they actually fitted, it connected to the block on the right hand side no bother, but once ran around the back of the block there was nowhere obvious for it to connect to?!?!
So, one of the existing pipes was chopped, then the 2 were bridged with the original connection for the matrix, seems a bit naff to me like
Probably revisit this at some point, probably when coolant starts pissing out of it!
So anyway I ripped the matrix out, another 4kg gone!
I spent a bit of time tidying up the inside, but this is a before shot :

So, I got a new boot hatch, a fiberglass one, I smashed the glass out with a hammer and cut the sealant out, then didn't fit it. it's about 6kg, and my polycarb is about 2kg, a saving of 10kg ish
Next I fitted my race battery in the front for now, shedding another 5kg
These arrived, but were broken so they're off to Gaz
Then D4MJT, loaned me his saxsport, more lightness, more poppage.
The magnex exhaust weighed a LOT!
Then I got my seat rail and column welded up!
Next step FCS / death
oh, and I got the young one involved
those burger slots are a nightmare in the polycarbs!

For how often it's driven I'm going to go sticker plate and some of those LEDs that throw light sideways and backwards
