Exercise/diet
Well this is the first time i have used this forum lol
Anyways I work pretty rank hours and dont get alot of time for excercise. I do weights at home. Is there any other excersise i can do?
As i dont want to put on weight( im a big guy but not fat) since i work in an office im sitting down most of the day....
I was also thinking of watching what im eating like stop eating junk ect and drink water instead of fizzy and eat loads of fruit ect

just be sensibel, read the sticky posts at teh top of the forum & just get on & do it! cut out the junk foods & increase yoru activitie levels... just do it... its your body & your life, look after it!

there is always room for improvment! if you need any adise you can PM me! good luck, start off with making small changes, its about changing your lifstyle not just an active week or so at the gym & going on a crash diet....
